Giuseppe graduated in Business Administration in 1989.
Since 1994, he has been Chairman and CEO of Ambrosi, group active in the dairy industry and among the leading players in the premium segment of the traditional Italian cheese market, with 2023 sales of approximately Euro 440 million.

From 2000 to 2020, he was President of Assolatte and since 2009 he has been Vice President of the Grana Padano Protection Consortium. In 2021 he was appointed President of EDA, European Dairy Association and in 2022 he joined the Grana Padano ETS Foundation.
He is founding member and President of the Mille Miglia Museum.
In 2011 he became a Commander of Merit with plaque of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George.

Over the years, Giuseppe has held important roles including Board member of Credito Bergamasco (since 2011), member of the Confederal Council of Confindustria and member of the Management Committee of the AIB (Associazione Industriale Bresciana) since 2013, as well as Chairman of the Brescia Chamber of Commerce (from 2014 to 2019).
He is also a Board member of the Brescia University.

In 2017 Giuseppe was appointed ‘Cavaliere del Lavoro’ by the Italian President Sergio Mattarella.
He is currently Sole Director of the holding company Luviam S.r.l.

Maria graduated with full marks in Law from Bocconi University in Milan in 2011 and she qualified to practice as a lawyer in 2015.
She completed her studies abroad, with a training course at Columbia University in New York and in law firms and international firms.

She attended the executive education Owner President Management Program at the Harvard Business School in Boston in 2019 and 2022.

From 2013 to 2016 she first practiced law and then worked as a lawyer at the Lombardi law firm in Milan.

In May 2016 she joined the family business Eusider Group where Maria currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer. Eusider has been operating for four generations in the sector as a steel service center.

Since 2019 Maria has been a member of the Fundraising Committee of the Bocconi University Alumni Board and since 2020 she has also been part of the Aspen Junior Fellows program.

Since June 2020, she has been Vice President of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Confindustria focusing on focus on Corporate Culture and Industrial Policies and since May 2021 she has been also President of the Premio Qualità Italia Association.

Since July 2022 she has been a member of the National Observatory for the integration of gender equality policies set up at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, and since December 2022 she has been a member of the Northern Lombardy Territorial Committee of Crédit Agricole Italia.

Since January 2023, Maria has been senior advisor of Fineurop Soditic.

Massimo graduated from Bocconi University in Milan in 1984 and started his career in a company owned by his family focused on the distribution of packaging machines. He was appointed CEO and President in 1994.
In 1992, he acquired Sirt and assumed the role of CEO.
In 1994 he founded Demag Ergotech in partnership with the German group Mannesmann Demag.
Two years later he joined the working group that contributed to the creation of a 3-years degree course in Plastic Engineering in collaboration with the Politecnico di Torino.
Massimo is member of the Board of Proplast, a consortium for the promotion of plastic culture, research and innovation.
In 1998, he founded Sinco Macchine in joint venture with the M&G Group and in 1999 he entered the distribution activity of technopolymer materials and engineering materials produced by global leading engineering group.
In 2008, Massimo created the "Sirt think green" division focused on the distribution of recycled Pet becoming today the Italian market leader in RePet.
In 2016, Massimo acquired a stake in PlasticFinder, European leading online plastic materials marketplace.
Since 2016, he has been an advisor of the Switzerland-based Omya Group as Global Distribution Engineering Material.
Over the years he has participated in the creation of several companies in the plastic and packaging sector such as Tesit, Didelme, Entsorga, Lanzich.
Since December 2022, Massimo has been senior advisor plastic and packaging of Fineurop Soditic.

Massimo has over 35 years of experience and an extensive luxury and fashion market knowledge.
In 1985, Massimo and his wife Sabrina co-founded the Massimo Bonini Showroom in Milan, via Montenapoleone, a worldwide leading company in the wholesale of all "Made in Italy" top quality shoes, bags and accessories.

The Company's success has grown on a global level and Massimo Bonini Showroom now distributes 25 men's and women's established and emerging brands and operates internationally across over 85 countries from its offices located in Milan, NYC and Hong Kong.

Guglielmo graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Bologna in 1978 and obtained a Neurology specialization in 1982.

He has 15 years of clinical activity as a neurologist and neuroradiologist in University Hospitals, Ospedale Bellaria, Bologna, Policlinico di Modena) with internship in the US (NIH Bethesda, NYU), and several scientific articles in MRI for neuroradiology.

From 2000 to 2005 Guglielmo worked as President for Telemedicina Rizzoli in Bologna, a public private company of telemedicine founded for health tele consultancy in the Mediterranean area.

From 1995 to 2006, Guglielmo worked as CEO and Chairman at Villamaria, private hospital headquartered in Bologna.

In 2010, he became Chairman of Clearmedi of New Delhi, an Indian healthcare company focused on providing oncology services in high medical technology and owner of 2 Cancer Centres.

He is Board Member of Paras Healthcare a network of Indian hospitals providing specialized tertiary medical care.

Since July 2006, Guglielmo has been President and CEO of Medipass, Italian service provider of high medical technology in Diagnostic Imaging and Cancer Care.
He is also Chairman of Medipasshealthcare, a UK-based healthcare service provider of high medical technology in NHS hospitals.

Guglielmo is currently CEO of Inframedica, the largest private European group of services for oncology and diagnostic imaging (UK, Italy, Germany) controlled by DWS Infrastructure.

Giorgio graduated in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan in 1985.

He started his career at the IFIL Group (Agnelli family) in the M&A sector in 1986; then he moved to the FIAT Group as part of the planning and control team for the Subholding Prime S.p.A. (funds and asset management division).

In 1991, Giorgio joined Camfin Group as Head of Finance & Control until he became General Manager in 1998 and CEO in 2008.

Over the years he has held top management roles: from 2002 to 2007 as CEO at Cam Petroli (joint venture with the ENI Group) and then Chairman of Prelios S.p.A. (Real Estate) from 2013 until 2018, when he became Chairman and CEO of Prometeon Tyre Group S.r.l. (Industrial Tyre Business) where he remained until 2021.

Member of the Board of Directors of Pirelli & C. S.p.A. until 2020, Giorgio was appointed Deputy CEO of the Group, in 2021.

Guido received an undergraduate degree in Industrial Technology Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano.
He started his career in Pirelli in 1989 as high performance tyre production manager. In 1992 he moved to Manifattura di Legnano where he was involved in the logistic and supply chain direction and with the additional role of Chief Operating Officer at Legnano Tinti.

In 1997 Guido joined Vibram initially as Chief Operating Officer and later also as Director of International Activities, contributing to the opening of a production site in China, as well as commercial offices and partnerships in the USA, Japan and Brazil. In 2000 he was appointed General Manager.
In 2003 he moved to Laffon, the Italian division of the French multinational Pehiney, where he worked for two years as General Manager.

In 2004 Guido joined Giovanni Crespi, a listed company active in the synthetic fabrics sector, assuming the role of General Manager Synthetic Materials Business Unit.

Since May 2010 Guido has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Industrie Chimiche Forestali and coordinates all corporate operational and strategic business development functions and he has been a member of the Board of Directors, since 2018.

He is also Vice President of the Adhesives and Sealants Group, AVISA and Federchimica. and President of FEICA (Federation Europeen des industries de Colles et Adhesifs).

Eugenio graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan in 1986.

Parallel with his university career, he began working as a consultant at the Lugano-based trust company Revifida SA, dealing with treasury management and audits.

In 1991 he obtained the Federal Certificate of Trust Business Consultancy and he mainly focused on industrial companies located in the Ticino area.
In January 1992, leaving the consultant activity, he became the CEO of Novametal S.A. of Rancate, a company owned by his family. Since then, Eugenio has focused on organic development and the opening of new subsidiaries across the world, transforming the small family business with 60 employees into a multinational company with approximately 600 employees.

Since 1996 Eugenio has been Board Member of Cogne Acciai Speciali of Aosta, where he has also assumed the role of CEO since 2019. Eugenio has been supporting Cogne Acciai Speciali’s business and also focusing on long-term sustainability.

Francisco Palau Grieg received an undergraduate degree in Business Studies from the University of Buckingham (UK).
He started his career as auditor at KPMG in 1983.
In 1990 Francisco joined the family business which mainly operates in seafood and tuna canning, then he became Chairman of Appetais Italia a leading manufacturer of frozen ready meals.
From 2015 to 2021 he was Chairman Food Division at Confindustria Genoa.
Until 2020, Francisco covered the position of Member of the Board of the gluten free food producer Farma & Co and of Alcass, focused on frozen food and he worked as CEO at IFF USA in Chicago.

Francisco is currently Honorary Consul of the Sultanate of Oman in Milan and Lombardy and Chairman of the luxury real estate La Corte Di Francavilla.
He is member of the Board of Italian Frozen Food Holding active in the frozen and gluten free food products and member of the Board Food Division of Confindustria Genova.

Federico comes from a family of lawyers and theatre producers, with roots in Umbria and Rome.

He attended the Francesco Morosini Naval school in Venice and read Law at La Sapienza University in Rome.

Fascinated by the design industry, in his early 30’s moved to Milan, and starting from a custom lighting production workshop created what is now Nemo Lighting Group, acquiring in 2012 Nemo, founded by Franco Cassina in 1993, Illuminating Experiences USA, Artelux France and lastly, in 2020, Ilti Luce – now Nemo Studio – from Philips Lighting to move into museum and art lighting solutions.

Since January 2023, Federico has been Senior advisor design of Fineurop Soditic.

Gionata, for three decades consultant, manager, and entrepreneur in highly innovative companies and business models context.

He has started his career in strategic consulting at McKinsey and subsequently, with a focus on transformative market issues, he has launched - in the digital, marketing and data science fields - successful startups accompanying them at scale-up and at their exit.

As Managing Director at Accenture, he has led the Digital Strategy practice in Europe from 2012 to 2018, acting as an advisor to leading companies in the Automotive, Retail and Financial Services markets.

From 2018 to 2022, at Octo Telematics, a global leader in IOT and mobility, has acted as Executive Chief Strategy and M&A.

Graduated from Bocconi in Milan with 110 cum laude, today Gionata is a professor of innovation and digital transformation strategies at international Masters. He has spent most of his professional activity in Milan, London, Paris and Tel Aviv.

Since 2022 he is senior advisor TMT & Digital of Fineurop Soditic.

In January 2023 Gionata was appointed General Manager Innovation & Sustainability of Il Sole 24 Ore.
